Ms Joen Chin Ching Yee

Joen graduated from the University of Liverpool with an LLB (Hons) Degree in 2018 and obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2019. She subsequently commenced and completed her pupillage in Messrs Gary Lee & Partners and was called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor on 8 January 2021. She was retained by the firm as a Legal Associate after her admission to the Bar.

During her pupillage period, she assisted and handled a broad range of works in the areas of conveyancing such as sale and purchase of properties for both residential and commercial properties and property financing. Apart from that, she has also attended to complicated auction transactions.

Throughout her legal career, she has learnt to and constantly applies a practical and effective approach when dealing with legal issues in relation to matters ranging from complicated commercial transactions to court proceedings. With the skills she has developed, she is able to understand, analyse, advise, and cater to the specific needs and expectations of a diverse clientele.
